Approach: Normal route to the top (III). Demanding way to the top which makes going back down a tough decision, if you‘re not prepared for it. Things looked different than expected, when I reached the peak. Lots of freestyle scrambling was necessary to make my way to the north face of the mountain. Lots of loose rocks (like almost everywhere in the dolomites). The exit turned out easily high enough, but the approach was nasty. It probably didn‘t help that I wasn‘t sure if I would find anything in time before the bad weather arrived. I ended up jumping with quite strong winds and was happy to make it back down safely. If you‘re up for an alpine challenge, go for it, but I‘d probably recommend you other exits first.
